We accept refunds and exchanges.
We will honour returns of items for refund or exchange for up to 7 days from the date of receipt of package. Unused items must be unused and returned to Paper Plus Cloth in their original condition, and in sealed packaging for refund or exchange to be issued. You must contact us prior to returning any goods. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the package to us in a safe and reliable manner. Refunds will be exclusive of shipping and return fees of $5 for US and international packages.

If you would like to return an item for return or exchange, kindly send us an email at: email@example.com indicating the item(s) to be returned or exchanged and the reason. We will then issue you a Return or Exchange number. This number must be indicated on your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status/approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale/clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the cost of shipping exchanged items. Kindly ensure returned items are carefully packaged; we cannot accept returns that are damaged in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance must be purchased.
